HIT or MISS? Did the President fulfil his promise to name Ministers by September? #TheList

President Buhari had earlier made a promise to Nigerians that the Ministerial List (aka Noise Makers List) would be ready by september.

However, the President only got the list to the Senate around 5 pm after the close of Senate proceedings. The nominees were also not released to the public adding unnecessary drama to a simple process.

This means that the nominees will be screened by the Senate in October and only then will the President be able to form his cabinet.

We cannot wait to see the contents of #TheList.

Does the President's delivery of a sealed envelope to the Senate count as promise fulfilled or otherwise?
