Can the Economic team deliver?

I am suprised at the names of some people on the President's Economic Team.
For example, what is Dangote and Otedola expected to do on an economic team, probably they'd send their economists as I can bet neither understands such advanced economics.
However, Im sure the president has his reasons... If they're right, time will tell.
