Enahoro, who passed away on Friday night (October 9), was one of the famous news casters on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in the 1980s.
He got popular for his diction and traditional Ishan costume before retiring from the NTA in the early 1990s.
Mike hails from the popular Enahoro family of Uromi, Edo State that produced the foremost nationalist who in 1957 moved the motion for Nigeria’s independence from the British, Chief Anthony Enahoro.
He was also related to the youngest editor of the famous Daily Times of Nigeria, Peter Enahoro (alias Peter Pan).
