The Minister of State Petroleum Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme Rtd. General Paul Boroh, meets with His Excellency Rt. Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson.
The Minister stressed the position of the Federal Government and the need for dialogue as a means towards peace and stability in the Niger Delta region.
